System has one strong spring anchor. The anchor will be installed in a 40 mm hole at required height with the help of installation tool. The steel wire is attached with anchor spring and circular scale. The linear roof deformation converts the movement into circular motion with the help of pointer attached.

One complete revolution of pointer indicates 30mm deformation in the roof. The system is easy to read & accurate to better than 1 mm. Small movements also can be read easily from below of the rotary colored disc scale up to 15 times magnification. The dial is divided into three colored scale which is green, yellow & red.
