System has one strong spring anchors. The anchor will be installed in a 40 mm dia. hole at required height with the help of installation tool. The steel wire is attached with anchor and three colors reflective scale.
The two LED lights are provided in the body of housing. The deformation gap can be adjusted from 5mm to 25 mm. The adjusting arrangement is provided in the bottom of the scale pipe assembly. When deformation of roof reaching it’s preset value the LED will start flashing and it will flash continuously for 30 days. The flashing time can be extended up to 40 days on demand. The tri-scale is also visible to see actual deformation hence the actual roof convergence can be seen every day.
