Building settlement points are used for measurement of vertical settlement of structural building and buildings affected by nearby excavation and construction activities. Our building settlement consists of a spherical reference locator with threaded bolt. It is fixed on a wall or a vertical structure to measure the settlement.

The settlement points are pushed in the epoxy filled hole in rotating way till it is approximately 54mm. outside the wall surface. A slot has been provided in building settlement which should be always in upward direction at the installation time so that the survey instrument can be fixed to measure the settlement
