Model SME 5010 Porous tube stand pipe piezometer system comprises of a ceramic porous tube filter element of tubular cross section. Bottom end of tube is closed with a rubber plug while the other end is provided with a bush directly match able to PVC. stand pipe . PVC pipe is generally of Ø25 mm outer diameter and 2.5 mm of wall thickness. Jointing sockets are provided to reach the required depth of level system. On the top of PVC pipe a pipe cap is provided for protecting from falling any external article into the PVC pipe. A small pipe of generally 2” diameter with a threaded pipe cap is grouted on the top to protect the system from damaging.
